SERVICES Burbach Aquatics, Inc. has a systematic approach that is divided into three phases of Professional Service. The first is the feasibility/marketing study. This contains nine different steps. Depending upon your situation, all steps may not be needed. This consulting phase builds the project foundation. The next consulting phase is the actual designing and engineering of the facility. With the information gathered from the first phase and our engineering experience dealing with many variations of climates, soils, restricted site conditions, local construction and health department requirements, allows us to design an award-winning, complete, accessible, safe, and fun recreational facility specifically for our clients needs. This phase produces the documents and plans needed for bidding and construction of the facility. The final consulting phases are the Project Bidding and Construction Administration/Observation. Our project manager’s presence through progress meetings and critical observations is administered very effectively, creating a team effect between the Client and the professional staff of Burbach Aquatics, Inc. We take great pride on being knowledgeable about every aspect of aquatics, from conception through construction to performance operation. PENDING PROJECTS Burbach Aquatics, Inc. is currently working on feasibility studies, design, engineering, successful bidding and construction administration in 73 communities in the Mid-western United States. |
